Konya Tourism Master Plan 2025–2030 and Sille Destination Assessment

Within the framework of the 'Konya Tourism Master Plan 2025–2030 and Sille Destination Assessment,' prepared with the academic expertise and technical support of our university, an initial meeting was convened under the auspices of the Konya Selçuklu Municipality. Following this session—attended by our university representatives Prof. Dr. Bilgehan Gülcan, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Halil Burak Sakal, and Res. Asst. Fatıma Tüzzehra Albayrak—the process advanced with an evaluation meeting held with the Konya Metropolitan Municipality. These meetings, where strategic objectives and implementation roadmaps destined to shape the future of Konya’s tourism were addressed at both municipal levels, ensured critical coordination. This coordination was pivotal for the adoption of the plan at both district and metropolitan scales, the dissemination of a sustainable development vision, and the strengthening of the city’s tourism brand.
