As part of the initiatives surrounding the “Sivas Tourism Master Plan” and the “Sivas Tourism Development and Action Plan” which aim to advance Sivas’s sustainable development and regional tourism potential to global standards an informational visit was conducted to the Sivas Governorship. During the meeting, led by the Cappadocia University delegation, a comprehensive presentation was delivered on the current status of the master plan process, which seeks to operationalize the province’s deep rooted cultural heritage and tourism inventory within the framework of a conservation utilization balance. Additionally, the action plan, designed to execute the project through concrete, feasible, and timetabled steps, was evaluated, and the subsequent strategic measures to be pursued were addressed in detail.
